군포여성새로일하기센터가 디지털 전환 시대에 발맞춰 청년 여성 구직자와 경력보유여성의 취업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 ‘생성형 AI 활용 SNS마케팅 전문가 과정’ 교육생을 모집한다.

이번 과정은 2026년 여성가족부 고부가가치 직업교육훈련 사업의 일환으로, 최신 생성형 AI 기술을 마케팅 실무에 접목해 콘텐츠를 기획·제작·운영할 수 있는 실무형 인재 양성을 목표로 한다. 교육은 AI 기반 마케팅 콘텐츠 제작, 영상 제작, 쇼핑몰 운영 전략, 현장실습 및 포트폴리오 제작 등 현장 중심 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다.
모집 기간은 2월 23일부터 5월 7일까지이며, 총 20명을 선발한다. 교육은 5월 14일부터 8월 19일까지 66일간 진행된다. 교육생들은 과정 중 현장실습과 포트폴리오 제작을 수행하며, 수료 후 곧바로 실무에 투입될 수 있는 역량을 갖추게 된다.
교육비는 전액 무료다. 교육생에게는 교통비 5만 원과 참여수당 10만 원이 지급되며, 수료 후 6개월 이내 취업에 성공할 경우 취업성공수당 10만 원이 추가 지원된다.
센터 관계자는 “생성형 AI 기반 마케팅 역량을 갖춘 전문 인력 수요가 증가하고 있다”며 “취업을 준비하는 여성들의 적극적인 참여를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Gunpo Women's New Job Center is recruiting students for its "Generative AI-Powered SNS Marketing Specialist Course," designed to enhance the employment competitiveness of young female job seekers and experienced women in the digital transformation era.
This course, part of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's 2026 High Value-Added Vocational Education and Training Project, aims to cultivate practical talent capable of planning, producing, and operating content by applying the latest generative AI technology to marketing practices. The curriculum consists of a field-oriented curriculum that includes AI-based marketing content creation, video production, online shopping mall operation strategies, field training, and portfolio development.
The application period runs from February 23 to May 7, and a total of 20 students will be selected. The training will run for 66 days, from May 14 to August 19. Trainees will complete field training and portfolio development during the course, equipping them with the skills to immediately enter the workforce upon completion.
