최민호 세종시장이 최근 중동 지역에서 발생한 무력 충돌 상황과 관련해 석유 수입 지연 등으로 인해 빚어질 수 있는 관내 기업과 시민의 어려움에 대비해 철저히 준비할 것을 당부했다.
최민호 시장은 3일 시청 집현실에서 간부회의를 주재하면서 “미국-이란 전쟁에 따라 국제유가와 해상운임이 상승하고, 환율변동성이 확대될 가능성이 높다”며 이같이 말했다.
시는 지난 2일 이승원 경제부시장을 총괄로 하는 중소기업 피해 대책 대응반을 구성, 상황 종료 시까지 중동사태 대외 리스크로 인한 관내 기업 영향을 지속 모니터링하고 있다.
