옥천군노인복지관은 대상자 발굴과 사례관리 및 사후 모니터링을 담당하고, 한국전력공사 옥천지사는 전기 안전점검과 기술 지원, 에너지 복지 제도 안내를 지원한다. 한전MCS(주) 옥천지점은 취약계층 정보 연계와 실무 지원 등을 통해 협력할 예정이다.
