장애인 집합정보화 교육은 충청북도에서 총 5개 기관이 선정됐으며, 사업 목적으로는 정보취약계층(장애인)에게 실용적 정보화 교육을 실시해 정보활용능력 배양과 정보화 사회 동참 기회를 부여하여 삶의 질 향상을 도모하는 데 있다.
