참가 신청은 고구려 역사와 문화에 관심 있는 충주시민이라면 누구나 가능하며, 모집 인원은 총 18명으로 선착순 마감된다. 다만, 가족 단위 신청은 불가하며 이전 탐방 참여 경험이 있는 신청자는 대상에서 제외된다.
참가비는 1인당 90만 원으로, 추후 환율 하락이나 항공권 발권 차액 발생 시 정산 후 전액 반환될 예정이다.

The Chungju Cultural Center is recruiting 18 participants on a first-come, first-served basis to explore Goguryeo historical and cultural sites in Ji'an City, Jilin Province, and Huanren City, Liaoning Province, China.
This tour aims to increase public interest in Goguryeo history and instill historical pride in Chungju residents, who own the "Chungju Goguryeo Stele," the only Goguryeo monument in Korea.
The tour group will visit Goguryeo historical sites in China for four days and three nights, from Monday, May 11th to Thursday, May 14th, to vividly experience the vastness of Goguryeo's history and splendid culture.
Any Chungju citizen with an interest in Goguryeo history and culture is eligible to apply. The maximum number of participants is 18, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, families are not eligible, and applicants who have previously participated in a tour are ineligible.
The participation fee is 900,000 won per person. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate or differences in airfare will be refunded in full after settlement.
