이번 공관위는 이인선 위원장(수성을, 재선)을 필두로 부위원장 3명, 위원 5명 등 총 9명으로 구성됐다. 부위원장단에는 지역 현역 의원인 김기웅 의원(중남구, 초선)과 김위상 의원(비례, 초선)이 참여하며, 외부 인사로는 대구지법 부장판사 출신의 이병삼 변호사가 임명되어 공정성과 법률적 전문성을 더했다.
