관양청소년문화의집, 청소년운영위원회 ‘우리누리 3기’ 워크숍 개최

안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 관양청소년문화의집(소장 노성일)이 지난 7~8일 관악산 인근 숙박시설에서 청소년운영위원회 ‘우리누리 3기’ 워크숍을 진행했다고 9일 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 새롭게 구성된 청소년운영위원회 ‘우리누리 3기’ 위원 간 관계 형성을 돕고, 연간 활동 방향을 함께 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

프로그램은 위원 간 관계 형성 활동을 비롯해 교류·기획활동 소양교육, 연간 활동 계획 수립, 임원진 선출 및 조직도 구성 등으로 진행됐다.

참가 청소년들은 청소년운영위원으로서의 역할과 책임을 이해하고, 상호 협력과 소통을 바탕으로 2026년 운영 방향과 활동 계획을 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.

워크숍에 참여한 청소년운영위원회 이예령 위원(관양고 3학년)은 “청소년운영위원으로서의 역할과 책임을 다시 생각해보는 의미 있는 시간이었다”며 “앞으로 위원장으로서 위원회 활동을 더욱 주도적으로 이끌어가겠다”고 말했다.

Establishing Annual Activity Plans and Strengthening Communication Among Committee Members

The Gwanyang Youth Culture Center (Director Noh Seong-il), affiliated with the Anyang Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho), announced on the 9th that it held a workshop for its "Urinuri 3rd Term" Youth Steering Committee at a lodging facility near Gwanaksan Mountain on the 7th and 8th.

This workshop was designed to foster relationships among the newly formed "Urinuri 3rd Term" Youth Steering Committee members and jointly explore the direction of their annual activities.

The program included activities to build relationships among members, training on communication and planning activities, developing annual activity plans, electing executives, and establishing an organizational chart.

Participating youth learned about their roles and responsibilities as Youth Steering Committee members and discussed the direction and activity plans for 2026 based on mutual cooperation and communication. Lee Ye-ryeong, a member of the Youth Steering Committee (3rd year, Gwanyang High School), who participated in the workshop, said, “It was a meaningful time to reconsider my role and responsibilities as a member of the Youth Steering Committee,” and added, “I will take a more proactive role in leading the committee’s activities as the chairperson going forward.”
