이번 봉사는 홀몸 어르신 등 취약계층 가구의 건강한 식생활을 돕고, 이웃 간 따뜻한 정을 나누기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 새마을부녀회원들은 정성껏 준비한 반찬을 취약계층 51가구에 직접 전달하며 이웃사랑을 실천했다.
또 반찬을 전달하는 과정에서 어르신들의 안부를 확인하고 생활 속 불편사항을 살피는 등 세심한 돌봄 활동도 함께 진행했다.
유은숙 회장은 “작은 정성이지만 어려운 이웃들에게 도움이 되길 바라는 마음으로 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 지역사회와 함께하는 나눔 활동을 꾸준히 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
