옥천군통합방위협의회 의장은 “안보환경이 빠르게 변화하는 상황에서 지역차원의 통합방위 역량과 기관 간 긴밀한 협력이 무엇보다 중요하다.”며 “앞으로도 유관기관과 함께 실질적인 협력체계를 강화해 군민의 안전을 지키는데 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
옥천군은 앞으로도 정기적인 통합방위협의회를 통해 지역 안보태세를 점검하고 유관기관 협력을 지속적으로 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

On March 16, Okcheon County held its first quarter Integrated Defense Council meeting in the County Office Conference Room to establish a regional security posture and strengthen cooperation with related agencies.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman, as well as officials from the military, police, fire department, and other relevant agencies and organizations. They shared recent security situations and reviewed the regional integrated defense readiness.
