【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주대학교 산학협력단은 ‘2026 레디고 청주액터스 13기’ 개강식을 충북 청주 김수현드라마아트홀에서 개최했다고 16일 밝혔다.
올해 교육과정에 기초반 47명, 중급반 30명, 심화반 14명, 영화제작반 10명 등 시민 100여 명이 참가해 높은 관심도 보였다.
개강식에 배우 겸 감독으로 활동하는 주호성이 특별 강연자로 나와 ‘연기, 어떻게 할 것인가’ 주제로 강연을 했다.
주호성 배우는 본인의 연기 경험과 현장 이야기를 바탕으로 배우를 꿈꾸는 시민들에게 실질적인 조언 등을 전하며 큰 호응을 끌어냈다.
‘레디고 청주액터스 인력양성사업은’ 청주시 영상문화도시 정책과 연계해 시민들이 영상 컨텐츠를 제작하고 연기활동에 참여할 수 있도록 돕는 시민 참여형 연기교육 프로그램이다.
2017년 시작해 지난해까지 시민배우 660여 명을 양성했다.
또 청주에서 제작된 각종 영화와 드라마 등에 시민 배우 350여 명이 출연해 1억 2천여 만 원 규모의 고용 창출 효과와 함께 지역 문화콘텐츠 산업 발전 등 다양한 성과를 거두고 있다.
프로젝트 책임연구원인 김윤식(영화영상학과) 청주대 교수는 “청주액터스는 배우를 꿈꾸는 시민뿐 아니라 문화로 소통하고 싶은 모든 시민에게 열려 있다”며 “문화예술 주체로 성장하고 지역 영상예술 발전의 중심에 설 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

The Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Cheongju University announced on the 16th that it held the opening ceremony for the ‘2026 Ready Go Cheongju Actors 13th Class’ at the Kim Soo-hyun Drama Art Hall in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province.
High interest was demonstrated with the participation of approximately 100 citizens in this year’s curriculum, including 47 in the basic class, 30 in the intermediate class, 14 in the advanced class, and 10 in the film production class.
At the opening ceremony, Joo Ho-sung, who works as both an actor and a director, appeared as a special lecturer and delivered a lecture on the topic of ‘Acting: How to Do It.’
Based on his own acting experiences and stories from the field, Actor Joo Ho-sung shared practical advice with citizens dreaming of becoming actors, drawing a great response from the audience. The ‘Ready Go Cheongju Actors Human Resource Development Project’ is a citizen-participatory acting education program linked to Cheongju City’s policy to become a city of video culture, designed to help citizens produce video content and participate in acting activities.
Since its inception in 2017, it has trained approximately 660 citizen actors up until last year.
