청주교육지원청, '26년 교육활동보호 학교 업무담당자 역량강화 연수

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주교육지원청은 3월 19일 충청북도교육연구정보원 시청각실에서 청주 지역 유·초·중·고·특수학교 등 교육활동보호 업무담당 교원 230여 명을 대상으로 「2026년 교육활동보호 학교업무담당자 역량강화 연수」를 실시하였다.

이번 연수는 교육활동 침해 예방과 대응 역량을 강화하고 업무담당 교원의 전문성을 높여 학교 현장에서 교육활동 보호 업무가 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 추진되었다.

연수에서는 교육활동 보호 관련 법령과 정책 안내, 교육활동 침해 예방 및 대응을 위한 실무 지침 등에 대한 교육이 이루어졌다. 또한 충청북도교원공제회 이순재 교원보호팀장이 충북학교안전공제회 사업을 안내하여 교원 지원 제도에 대한 이해를 도왔으며, 국가보훈부 감사담당관 손민효 변호사가 ‘교원의 교육활동 보호와 피해교원 지원 방안’을 주제로 실제 사례를 중심으로 학교 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상황과 대응 방안을 강의하여 참석자들의 높은 관심을 받았다.
