<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 산림청 한국산림복지진흥원 산하 국립횡성숲체원이 다가오는 봄철 건조기를 맞아 산림복지시설의 안전을 확고히 다지기 위한 대대적인 소방 합동 훈련에 나섰다.
국립횡성숲체원은 봄철 산불 조심 기간(5월 15일까지)을 대비해 지난 25일, 시설 내 화재 및 산불 발생 시 신속한 초기 대응 능력을 배양하고자 둔내 119 안전센터와 함께 실전과 같은 합동 훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 합동 훈련은 숲체원 임직원은 물론 시설을 방문한 고객들까지 직접 참여해 화재 시 대피로를 숙지하고, 잦아지는 봄철 산불과 시설물 내외부의 각종 응급 상황에 대한 실질적인 대처 능력을 대폭 끌어올리기 위해 기획됐다.

훈련은 산림복지시설에 대형 화재가 발생한 가상 시나리오를 바탕으로 전개됐다. 전 직원이 자위소방대 임무를 부여받아 ▲현장 재난 안전 상황실 긴급 구성 ▲유관기관 상황 전파 및 지원 요청 ▲개인별 임무에 따른 화재 저지선 구축 ▲현장 고객 대피 유도 및 환자 후송 등 체계적인 모의 훈련을 완벽하게 소화해 냈다. 특히 둔내 119 안전센터와의 긴밀한 공조 아래 합동 진화 작업과 응급환자 처치 과정을 실전처럼 재현하며 재난 대응 매뉴얼의 실효성을 입증했다.
