군포시의회 박상현 의원(국민의힘, 군포라)이 산본 1기 신도시 재건축의 신속한 추진을 위한 제도 개선을 국토교통부에 촉구하는 결의안 의결을 주도했다.
군포시의회는 지난 4월 2일 열린 제286회 임시회 제2차 본회의에서 박 의원이 대표발의한 ‘신속한 군포시 재건축을 위한 공구분할 및 독립적 사업추진 촉구 결의문’을 의결했으며, 해당 결의문은 국토교통부에 공식 이송될 예정이다.
박 의원은 현재 산본 1기 신도시 재건축이 대규모 공구 단위로 묶여 추진되는 구조로 인해 사업 지연과 주민 갈등이 심화되고 있다고 지적했다. 특히 하나의 공구에 수천 세대가 포함되면서 단지 간 이해관계 충돌로 조합 설립조차 어려운 상황이 발생하고 있다는 점을 문제로 꼽았다.
이번 결의안에는 ▲주민 선택에 따른 공구 분할 허용 ▲단지별 독립적 사업 추진 기반 마련 ▲구역 분리 및 독립채산제 적용 ▲맞춤형 재건축 보장 등의 내용이 담겼다.

군포시의회는 이번 결의안 의결을 통해 국토교통부에 ▲공구 분할 기준 마련 ▲기본계획 수정 허용 ▲독립적 사업 추진을 위한 제도적 장치 마련 등을 공식 요구하게 됐다.

Representative Park pointed out that project delays and resident conflicts are intensifying due to the current structure in which the reconstruction of Sanbon 1st Generation New Town is being pursued by grouping projects into large-scale construction units. In particular, the issue was cited as a problem where the inclusion of thousands of households in a single construction zone has led to conflicts of interest between complexes, making it difficult even to establish a homeowners' association.
The resolution includes provisions such as: allowing the division of construction zones based on resident choice; establishing a foundation for independent project implementation by each complex; separating zones and applying an independent accounting system; and guaranteeing customized reconstruction.
