브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL이앤씨가 서울시 강서구와 창의예술교육 사회공헌 업무협약(MOU)을 지난 8일 체결했다. 강서구청에서 진행된 업무협약식에는 강서구 진교훈 구청장과 DL이앤씨 박상신 대표이사가 참석했다.
이번 협약은 강서구 지역 청소년들에게 창의예술교육 프로그램을 제공해 미래인재를 양성하고, 지역사회 상생 발전에 기여하기 위해 추진됐다.
DL이앤씨는 기업이 보유한 인적·물적 자원을 활용해 교육 프로그램을 운영하고, 강서구는 행정적 지원을 통해 지역 학생들의 참여를 지원할 예정이다.
이번 활동은 DL그룹의 사회공헌 활동의 일환으로 추진된다. DL그룹은 지역사회의 주거환경 개선, 안전 교육을 통한 안전 문화 확산, 문화·예술 교육 지원, 환경 정화 활동 등 다양한 영역에서 지속적인 사회공헌 활동을 이어가고 있다.
DL이앤씨는 2022년부터 종로구 지역 초등학생을 대상으로 창의·융합 교육 프로그램을 운영하며 지역사회 교육 지원 활동을 지속해오고 있으며, 매년 문화·예술 교육 사업을 점진적으로 확대하고 있다. 올해는 본사 소재지인 강서구청과 협약을 체결하고 상반기 중 정곡초등학교 전 학년을 대상으로 교육 프로그램을 지원할 예정이다.
교육 프로그램은 매년 대림문화재단 전시 연계 프로그램에 맞춰 새롭게 구성된다. 올해는 ‘찾아가는 키즈워크룸: 컬렉터의 집’을 통해 학생들이 자신의 취향을 탐색하고 발견하며 이를 집이라는 공간으로 표현하는 경험을 제공한다. 이를 통해 예술이 일상과 자연스럽게 연결되어 있음을 이해하고, 보다 친근하게 예술을 접할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
DL이앤씨 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 지역사회와 미래 세대가 함께 성장할 수 있는 교육 사회공헌 활동을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획”이라며 “앞으로도 지역사회와 연결되는 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
