(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청 남부 결대로진로센터가 13일, 재능대학교와 ‘대학 연계 진로 체험 프로그램’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 지역 대학과 연계한 민·관·학 협력 모델로, 대학의 우수한 교육 인프라를 활용하여 고등학생들에게 진로체험 기회를 제공하고 적성과 흥미에 맞는 ‘결대로’ 진로를 탐색할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
교육과정은 4월부터 7월까지 총 4회에 걸쳐 23개 세부 프로그램을 운영하며, 지난 10일 진행된 첫 일정에는 인천 관내 고등학생 90여 명이 참여하여 교수 특강과 실습을 통해 직무에 대한 이해를 높였다.
이날 운영된 주요 프로그램은 건의료정보관리사, 유치원교사, 3D 프린팅, 카페․베이커리, 피부관리사, 항공객실 승무원, 화장품 제조․연구원 등으로, 학생들은 실습 중심의 진로 활동을 경험하며 직업 세계를 구체적으로 이해하는 기회를 가졌다.
향후 5월부터 7월까지 진행되는 3차례의 과정에서는 간호사, 메이크업아티스트, K뷰티․헤어스타일리스트, 시각디자이너, 뷰티스타일리스트, 생명과학실험 등 보다 다양한 프로그램을 운영할 예정이다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 오는 11월까지 관내 초등학교 4~6학년 학생을 대상으로 ‘2026년 결대로진로센터 초등 진로체험 프로그램’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 남부·북부·동부·서부 등 권역별 결대로진로센터에서 약 280명의 학생을 대상으로 진행되며, 세부 과정은 드론 기술, 3D 프린팅, 베이킹, 디자인, 미디어 콘텐츠 제작, 향료 블렌딩 등 최신 트렌드를 반영한 총 28개 로 구성됐다.
지난 11일 남부 결대로진로센터에서 시작된 첫 회차에서는 플로리스트, 반려동물 훈련사 등 현장 중심의 체험활동이 펼쳐지며, 참여 학생들에게 직업 세계에 대한 이해를 넓히고 자신의 흥미와 적성을 발견하는 기회를 제공했다.
특히, 홀랜드(Holland) 적성검사와 강점 탐색 활동을 병행하여 학생들의 자기 이해를 돕고 진로 설계 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 운영됐다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “초등 단계에서의 진로교육은 학생의 평생 진로 설계의 기초가 되는 중요한 과정”이라며 “앞으로도 공교육 기반의 체계적인 진로교육을 지속적으로 확대해 나가 학생의 전인적 성장을 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
