[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 정부의 고유가 피해지원금 지급 사업에 따라 오는 27일부터 7월 3일까지 1차, 2차로 나눠 전 시민의 70%를 대상으로 지급한다고 23일 밝혔다.
1차 지급은 27일부터 5월 8일까지 기초생활수급자(1인당 60만원)와 차상위·한부모가정(1인당 50만원)을 우선적으로 신청을 받아 지급한다.
2차 지급은 5월 18일부터 7월 3일까지 정부에서 정한 건보료 등 기준 소득하위 70%를 대상으로 1인당 15만원씩 지급하며 1차 신청 기간을 놓친 취약계층도 신청하면 지급받을 수 있다.
1, 2차 신청 모두 첫 주에는 출생연도 끝자리에 따른 요일제가 적용된다. 고유가 피해지원금은 작년 민생회복 소비쿠폰과 동일하게 온·오프라인 모두 신청 가능하다.
온라인 신청은은 신용·체크카드사 홈페이지, 앱 또는 토스·카카오뱅크·네이버페이 앱 등을 이용하면 된다.
김해사랑상품권 앱에서 김해사랑상품권으로도 지급받을 수 있다. 오프라인은 읍면동 행정복지센터에서 선불카드로 지급받을 수 있으며 신용·체크카드의 경우 연계 은행영업점에서 신청, 지급받을 수 있다.
김해시는 거동이 불편한 고령자와 장애인을 위해 읍면동별로 ‘찾아가는 신청 접수 서비스’를 제공한다.
지급받은 피해지원금은 8월 31일까지 모두 사용해야 한다. 관내 연 매출 30억원 이하의 지역 소상공인 매장과 지역사랑상품권 가맹점에서 사용할 수 있으며, 백화점·유흥업소·대형마트 등 일부 업종은 제한된다.
