브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 검찰총장이 정직 처분에 대한 집행정지가 인용돼 9일 만에 다시 업무에 복귀했다.
앞서 문재인 대통령은 지난 16일 윤 총장의 정직 2개월 처분을 재가하면서 직무가 정지된 바 있다.
그러나 서울행정법원 행정12부(부장판사 홍순욱)이 전날 윤 총장 측이 법무부장관을 상대로 낸 집행정지 신청을 인용하면서 윤 총장은 정직 처분 8일 만에 직무 복귀가 결정됐다.
이에 윤 총장은 정직 처분 9일만인 25일 대검으로 다시 출근해 업무에 복귀했다.
윤 총장은 25일 낮 12시10분경 서울 서초구 대검찰청으로 출근했으며 청사 앞에 기다리던 기자들에게 어떠한 입장도 밝히지 않고 청사 안으로 들어갔다.
법조계에 따르면 윤 총장은 부재 당시 챙기지 못한 업무에 관해 보고를 조남관 대검 차장검사, 복두규 사무국장 등으로부터 받을 예정이다.
윤 총장은 다음날인 26일에도 대검으로 출근 업무 보고를 계속 받을 것으로 예상된다. 윤 총장이 연휴에도 출근하는 것은 밀린 현안을 긴급히 처리해야 한다는 이유로 보인다.
한편 윤 총장은 법원의 결정 직후 "사법부의 판단에 깊이 감사드린다"라며 "헌법정신과 법치주의, 그리고 상식을 지키기 위해 최선을 다하겠다"는 입장을 내놨다.

According to the legal profession, Yun is expected to receive reports from Deputy Prosecutor Nam-gwan Cho and Secretary General Bok Doo-gyu, etc., regarding tasks he was unable to take care of during his absence.
Yoon is expected to continue to receive reports of his work as a great prosecutor on the next day, the 26th. The reason why Yun is going to work even during the holiday season seems to be a reason to urgently deal with pending issues.
Meanwhile, after the court's decision, General Yoon said, "I am deeply grateful for the judgment of the judiciary," and said, "I will do my best to protect the constitutional spirit, rule of law, and common sense."
