29일 울진군에 따르면 이번 대회는 8개국에서 34개팀 250여명의 세일러가 참가하여 오프쇼어 레이스 3종목과 인쇼어 레이스 3종목으로 나눠서 진행됐다.

대한민국 영토 최동단 독도를 돌아오는 448㎞의 대장정 오프쇼어 레이스 ORC A클래스, B클래스, C클래스 3종목에서는 평택엔젤스 팀, 님파 팀, 오션밸류 팀이, 후포 앞바다에서 펼쳐진 인쇼어 레이스에서 스포츠보트, J70, J24 3종목에서는 오캄 팀, 소풍 팀, 디바 팀이 각각 우승을 차지했다.
