브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 검찰이 윤석열 전 검찰총장 재임시절 '고발사주 의혹'과 관련, 제보에 조작된 흔적은 없다면서 손준성 검사의 관여 정황도 확인했다고 밝혔다.
31일 검찰에 따르면 서울중앙지검 공공수사1부(부장검사 최창민)는 최강욱 열린민주당 대표 등이 검찰이 고발을 사주했다는 내용의 고소 사건을 수사한 결과, 김웅 국민의힘 의원에게 고발장을 전달한 이로 지목되고 있는 손준성(전 대검찰청 수사정보정책관) 대구고검 인권보호관의 관여 사실과 정황을 확인해 이날 사건을 공수처에 이첩했다.
검찰은 윤석열 전 총장 등 그 밖의 피고소인들도 중복수사 방지 등을 고려해 함께 이첩했다고 전했다. 현직 검사의 관여 사실이 확인된 이상 공수처의 수사대상에 해당하고, 공수처도 상당 부분 수사를 진행하고 있다는 점을 고려해 사건을 이첩한 것으로 보인다.
