김천대학교(총장 윤옥현) 산학협력단(단장 백열선)이 2021년 외식업 맞춤형 경영컨설팅 지원사업 수료식을 개최했다.
지난 23일 오후3시 김천대학교는 본관2층 대회의실에서 김천시 관계자 및 (사)한국외식업중앙회 김천시지부와 외식업 영업주 13명을 대상으로 2021년 외식업 맞춤형 경영컨설팅 지원사업 수료식을 개최했다.

해당 사업은 코로나-19로 인한 지속적 불황에 직면한 외식업의 경쟁력을 높이고자 마련되었으며 6월부터 11월까지 6개월간 김천대학교 이재우, 최미희 교수 등과 외식업계의 전문가가 메뉴 진단, 경영컨설팅, 서비스 응대 교육, 조리 실습 등 업소별 맞춤형으로 진행했다.
윤옥현 김천대학교 총장은 축사를 통해 “우리대학교에서 외식업 관계자 여러분들을 모시고 외식업 영업주 맞춤형 경영컨설팅 사업을 성공적으로 수행하게 된 것을 진심으로 기쁘게 생각한다”면서 “코로나로 힘든 시기이지만 함께 협력하면 더욱더 김천의 외식업이 한 단계 더 발전할 수 있는 계기가 될 것”이라고 했다.
권세숙 김천시 환경위생과장은 “외식업 영업주 맞춤영 경영컨설팅 사업을 통해 최근 코로나19로 인해 침체된 업소의 경쟁력을 강화하고 나아가 김천시 지역경제 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있기를 바란다.” 고 말했다.
