대구가톨릭대가 서울과 대구에 입학처 사무소를 각각 개소하여 신입생 모집 확대와 입학 홍보 활성화에 나선다.
대구가톨릭대는 지난 7일 서울시 서초구 서초동 석오빌딩에서 입학처 서울사무소 개소식을 가졌다.

서울사무소에는 입학사정관이 근무하며 학령인구 감소와 수도권 집중현상 등의 어려움을 극복하고 대구가톨릭대에 대한 수도권 지역 홍보와 신입생 모집 등에 중심 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
앞서 지난달 29일에는 대구시 중구 계산동2가 매일신문사빌딩 4층에 입학처 대구사무소를 열었다. 이곳에도 입학사정관이 배치돼 대구지역 수험생들의 입시 상담에 편의를 제공한다.
