경남도의회, ‘전문가 초청강연 및 정책토의’

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남도의회 지속가능발전연구회는 13일 도의회 대회의실에서 40여명이 참석한 가운데 태양광발전사업 분야 전문가 초청강연 및 정책토의를 가졌다.

최근 정부의 기후위기에 대처하기 위한 재생에너지 보급 확대 정책에 발맞춰 경남도의 재생에너지 확대를 위한 적극적인 노력이 필요한 시점에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 태양광발전사업에 대해 시민이 직접 참여하는 태양광발전사업 우수사례 소개와 제도개선 및 활성화 방안을 공유하는 자리였다.

이날 오전에 연구회에서 개최한“도민참여형 태양광발전사업활성화를 위한 제도 개선 방안”정책연구용역 최종보고회에서 발표된 내용을 공유하고자 연구원으로 참여하고 있는 심상완 교수(창원대학교)가 도민 참여형 태양광발전사업 활성화를 위한‘도민참여형 에너지전환 활성화 지원 조례’및‘경상남도 에너지기금 설치 및 운용 조례’제정, 경남형 발전차액지원제도(FIT, feed in tariff) 도입 등 방안을 제시했다.

이날 행사에는 김석규, 김지수, 빈지태, 송오성, 표병호 의원이 참석하였으며, 연구회장 류경완 의원은“오전에 도민 참여형 태양광발전사업 제도 개선 연구방안 최종보고회를 통해 다양한 대책이 제시되고 많은 논의를 했다”면서 “도의회는 경남도가 설정한 17개의 지속가능발전 목표를 달성하도록 계속해서 함께 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
