우리공화당은 12월24일 발표한 “조원진 후보, 박근혜 대통령 석방은 정의를 되찾는 국민의 승리” 제목의 긴급보도자료에서 “박근혜 대통령 특별사면과 관련하여 우리공화당은 ‘정의를 되찾는 국민의 승리’라고 평가하고 이제부터 박근혜 대통령 명예회복 운동을 더욱 강력하게 전개하겠다”고 밝혔다.
