울진군, 정기인사 단행

울진군(군수 전찬걸)은 하반기 퇴직, 공로연수에 따른 승진 및 전보등 총 192명에 대한 인사를 2022년 1월 1일자로 단행했다고 30일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 이번 인사는 조직의 활성화와 계속사업에 대한 연속성, 각종사업의 획기적인 변화와 발전에 전략적으로 대응코자 능력 위주 발탁으로 진행했다.

또한, 민선7기 새로운 군정비전과 공약사업 이행 및 역점시책을 원활히 추진하기 위해 적재적소 인력을 배치했다.

군은 조직의 안정과 동력을 극대화하기 위하여‘2022~2023 울진방문의 해’ T/F팀을 구성하였으며, 코로나19 대응인력을 보강하는 등 군민 주권시대 군민들에게 행복과 희망을 줄 수 있는 소통행정, 현장군정을 이끌어 갈 것이다

전찬걸 울진군수는“향후 인사는 가치와 원칙을 엄격히 적용하여 열심히 일하는 공직자는 반드시 발탁하여 승진 기회를 줄 것이며, 무사안일, 불친절 공무원은 직위고하를 막론하고 그 책임을 물을 것”이라고 하였다.
