브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 하태경 국민의힘 의원은 '김종인 총괄선거대책위원장이 사의를 표했다'는 오보가 나오게 만든 윤핵관(윤석열 핵심 관계자)을 찾아 진상규명해야 한다고 주장했다.
하태경 의원은 3일 CBS라디오 '한판승부'에서 "김종인 위원장 동의 없이 만약 누군가 다른 사람으로부터 김 위원장도 사퇴했다고 하는 (얘기를 듣고) 잘못된 메시지를 보낸 거라면 그 메시지가 어디서 나온 것인지 진상규명해서 책임져야 된다고 생각한다"고 말했다.
그는 이양수 선대위 수석대변인이 '책임있는 관계자가 이같은 이야기를 했다'고 언급하며 "그럼 후보가 아닌 다른 사람인 것 같은데, 다 사퇴한 상황에서 그런 월권을 휘두르는 사람이 있다면 이 부분은 정확히 당에서 진상규명을 해서 징계를 해야 된다고 생각한다"고 강조했다.
이어 그는 "지금 선대위 내에 김 위원장을 제외하고 모두 사퇴하는 분위기여서 책임 있는 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지지 않고 있다는 생각이 든다"면서 "저는 아무튼 중심을 잡는 누군가 있어야 되기 때문에 김종인 위원장이 사퇴하지 말고 쇄신작업을 주도해야 한다고 생각한다"고 했다.
한편, 국민의힘 선대위는 이날 "총괄선대위원장, 상임선대위원장, 공동선대위원장, 총괄본부장을 비롯해 새시대준비위원장까지 모두가 후보에게 일괄해 사의를 표명했다"고 발표하며 논란이 일어난 바 있다.
이에 이양수 수석대변인은 "김종인 위원장께서 임태희 총괄상황본부장에게 사의를 표명했다는 말을 들었다고 전해 들었는데, 김 위원장께서는 현재 사의 표명했다는 뜻이 아니었다고 말씀하시는 것 같다. 두 분 소통에 착오가 있었던 것으로 이해된다"고 바로잡았다.
윤석열 대선 후보는 "선거에 대해 많은 분들이 걱정하는 것은 오롯이 후보인 제 탓이고 제가 부족한 것"이라며 "선대위에 쇄신과 변화를 주고 새로운 마음으로 심기일전해서 선거운동을 하겠다"며 "(선거에 대한 부분에 대해) 국민께 깊이 사과드린다"고 말했다. 윤 후보는 선대위 개편에 대해선 "선거가 얼마 안 남았으니 오래 걸리진 않을 것이다. 신중하게 여러분들의 의견을 모아서 빨리 결론을 내리겠다"고 했다.

Ha Tae-kyung, a member of the National Assembly, argued that the truth should be investigated by visiting Yoon Hack-kwan (a key official of Yoon Seok-yeol), who made a misinformation that "General Election Commission Chairman Kim Jong-in expressed his resignation."
Rep. Ha Tae-kyung said on CBS Radio's "One Match Match" on the 3rd, "I think we should be responsible for finding out where the message came from if someone else sent a wrong message (after hearing) that Chairman Kim also resigned."
Lee Yang-soo, senior spokesman for the senior committee, said, "Then I think it's someone other than a candidate, but if anyone wields such superiority at a time when everyone resigns, I think the party should accurately find out the truth and punish him."
He then said, "I don't think responsible communication is taking place in the previous committee except for Chairman Kim," adding, "I think Chairman Kim Jong-in should not resign and lead the reform process because there should be someone who takes the center stage."
Meanwhile, the People's Power Election Commission announced on the same day, "Everyone, including the general election chairman, standing election chairman, joint election chairman, general manager, and the new era preparation committee, expressed their resignation collectively to the candidates."
In response, senior spokesman Lee Yang-soo said, "I heard that Chairman Kim Jong-in expressed his resignation to Lim Tae-hee, head of the general situation headquarters, but Chairman Kim seems to be saying that he did not mean that he expressed his resignation now. "I understand that there was a mistake in communication between the two," he corrected.
Presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol said, "It's just me who's worried about the election, and I'm not good enough," adding, "I'll renew and change the election committee and turn over a new leaf for the election." Regarding the reorganization of the election committee, candidate Yoon said, "It will not take long because the election is just around the corner. I will gather your opinions carefully and come to a conclusion quickly, he said.
