계명대학교(총장 신일희) 미래혁신인재원 실감미디어 혁신공유대학사업단이 대구·경북 소재 실감미디어 관련 기업체와 기업협의체 발족식과 산학협력 협약을 체결했다.

지난 12월 30일 오후 4시 30분, 대구라온제나 호텔에서 실감미디어 글로벌 창의 융합 인재 양성 및 지역 실감미디어 산업 발전을 위한 기업협의체 발족식과 산학협력 협약식이 진행되었다.
창의 융합 인재 양성과 공동의 발전을 위해 마련된 이번 협약을 통해 기관들은 전문가 인력의 활용 및 기술의 공동 연구와 개발, 기관의 인적자원과 시설물 이용 지원, 정보 및 인프라 공유 등의 협력을 포함하여 4차 산업 대비는 물론 창의인재 역량 강화 및 실감미디어 산업 분야 인프라 확산을 위한 적극적인 협력을 약속했다.
계명대학교는 기업협의체 구성을 통해 참여한 20여개 기업과의 협업으로 기업 수요 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 및 공동 운영의 기반을 조성하였으며, X-Space 공간을 활용한 산학 프로젝트 개발로 산학협력 혁신 인재 양성과 기업의 혁신 역량 강화가 기대된다.
또한, 공유대학 플랫폼을 통한 지속가능한 교육생태계 구축은 교육-창업-지역 확산으로 이어져 대표적인 산·관·학 협력 모델로 자리 잡을 것이 기대된다.
이번 협의체에 참여한 ㈜디지엔터테인먼트 백재성 대표는 “협약을 계기로 지역대학과의 긴밀한 협조체계가 구축되어 지역 실감미디어 산업의 활성화와 지속가능한 산업맞춤형 창의 융합 인재가 발굴될 것이 기대된다.”고 밝혔다.
실감미디어 혁신공유대학 임충재 단장은 “4차 산업혁명 시대에 창의적인 인재 육성의 필요성은 시대적인 사명이다. 이번 기회를 통해 지역의 실감미디어 산업 분야 허브로서의 역할은 물론 지역사회 창의인재 양성과 각 기업과의 협업 및 공유를 통한 지역 실감미디어 산업 생태계 조성에 적극적으로 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
