제20대 대통령선거 국민의힘 경북을살리는선거대책위원회가 대통합위원회 출범식을 개최했다.
대통합위원회는 경북선대위의 외연확장을 위한 중추기구로 경북 전직 선출직 당직자를 비롯하여 각 지역에서 이념, 종교를 초월한 많은 직능사회단체의 인사들을 영입하여 정권교체라는 하나 된 목표를 달성하고자 조직화 되었다.

26일 열린 경북선대위 산하 대통합위원회 출범식에서 김관용 총괄선대위원장은 “우리의 목표는 하나다. 모두가 윤석열이 되어 선당후사를 넘어 구국의 일념으로 선거운동에 매진해 달라”고 독려하였다.
이날 대통합위원회상임위원장에는 공원식 전 경북도부지사, 대통합위원장에는 김봉교 전 경북도의회 부의장이 임명되었다.
