대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 미래라이프융합대학 프레이리성인학습지원센터(센터장 김진숙)가 1인 미디어 시대에 맞춰 SNS 블로그 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
프레이리성인학습지원센터는 재직자, 부모, 자영업자 등 가정 및 사회에서 다양한 역할을 수행하는 성인학습자들을 위해 새로운 도전인 대학생활을 개인 SNS를 활용해 스스로 기록할 수 있도록 슬기로운 성인학습자 되기 ‘대학생활 기록 프로젝트’를 마련했다고 전했다.

이에 바쁜 일정에서도 주말을 반납하며 총 18명의 성인학습자가 프로젝트에 참여하였으며 SNS를 통해 대학생활을 기록하며, 대학생활에 대한 의미와 새로운 도전에 대한 가치를 찾았고 더불어 자신의 학업 상태와 대학생활의 적응력을 점검할 수 있는 시간이었다고 전했다.
또한 다양한 성인학습자들의 대학생활을 공유하고 댓글을 통해 응원하며, 동료이자 학우로서 다양한 정보를 공유하고 소통할 수 있는 매체를 활용할 수 있게 되었다.
이후소(21학번) 성인학습자는 “새로운 세계에 입문하는 느낌이었다.”며 “이번 블로그 교육을 통해 나의 대학생활을 기록할 수 있게 되었다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.
김진숙 프레이리성인학습지원센터장은 “성인학습자의 경우 가정 및 사회에서의 다양한 역할을 수행해야 하기에 상황에 따라 학업중단이 발생하기 한다.”며 “이번 블로그 교육으로 자신의 대학생활을 기록, 점검하면서 입학 시 가졌던 목표를 꼭 달성하기를 응원한다.”고 전했다.
