이번 업무협약은 CJ프레시웨이의 키즈 식자재 전문 브랜드 ‘아이누리’의 주요 고객사인 어린이집과 유치원에 한그루의 전자문서 ERP 시스템 도입함으로써 교사들의 행정업무에 대한 부담을 덜고, 보육에 집중할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고자 추진됐다.
전국 어린이집 3000여 곳에서 사용 중인 한그루의 ERP 시스템은 보육시설 운영에 필요한 약 200가지의 문서를 표준화하고, 입력한 데이터를 해당 정보가 필요한 모든 서류에 실시간으로 연동하며, PC와 모바일 등 다양한 IT 기기로 이를 공유하고 확인할 수 있다. 양사는 업무협약에 따라 키즈 고객사를 위한 플랫폼 내 ERP 시스템 구축과 플랫폼을 활용한 공동 마케팅 진행 등 다방면으로 협업할 예정이다.
