[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남테크노파크(원장 노충식)와 법무법인 YK(창원지사장 나자현 변호사)는 지난 2일, 경남TP 본부에서 상호 협력과 법률 자문에 관한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이날 행사에는 경남TP 노충식 원장, 법무법인 YK 나자현 창원지사장 등이 참석하여 재단 운영과 관련해 발생할 수 있는 법률적 이슈들에 대해 의견을 나눈 뒤 협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약에 따라 법무법인 YK는 경남TP 지원 기업들에게 법률 컨설팅 및 자문을 제공해 지역 내 사업장에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 산업재해와 중대 재해를 예방하고, 사전 관리 시스템을 보완하여 보다 안전한 근로 환경 조성에 이바지할 예정이다.
노충식 원장은 “업무협력을 통해 경남TP를 더욱 건실한 조직으로 성장시켜 나가고, 직원들의 권리 보호에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
나자현 창원지사장은 “앞으로 경남TP 지원기업에 법률 지원을 확대하여 산업 현장에 안전을 우선 시 하는 인식이 자리 잡을 수 있도록 법률 자문 등을 아낌없이 제공할 것이다”고 밝혔다.
