브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 바인그룹은 지난 14일 평택지역 청소년들의 자기성장을 돕기 위해 오프라인 위캔두 과정을 진행했다고 19일 밝혔다.
바인그룹 위캔두는 2017년부터 운영해온 청소년 자기성장 사회공헌 프로그램으로, 2022년에는 매월 전국 지역도시별로 각 지역의 환경에 따라 맞춤형태로 운영하고 있다.
광주, 부산, 대구, 대전지역 학생들을 대상으로 온라인 위캔두를 진행했고, 5월에는 평택지역 학생들을 대상으로 정부의 코로나 거리두기 해제 지침에 맞춰, 오프라인 위캔두로 진행했다. 코로나 이전인 2019년에 진행된 오프라인 과정 후 3년만이다.
이번 평택지역 청소년들을 위해 ‘내가 아는 나 & 내가 모르는 나’, ‘나만의 아바타 꾸미기’ 활동을 통해 자존감을 높이고, 스스로의 장점을 찾아보는 시간으로 구성하였다.
또한, “내 손안의 보물찾기 시간”이라는 프로그램을 통해 ‘감사’에 대해 뇌과학적으로 접근하며, 감사하는 행동과 마음이 실제 내 삶에 어떤 영향을 주는 지, 뇌에서 작용하는 방법이 어떤 지를 알아보는 활동도 포함했다.
한편, 위캔두 프로그램은 학교나 기관 등에도 찾아가는 위캔두 과정을 진행하고 있다. 현재까지 20여개의 학교 및 기관에서 진행됐으며, 위캔두를 수료한 전체 청소년들은 2200명을 넘어서고 있다. 앞으로도 위캔두 과정은 시기와 상황에 맞춰 온·오프라인으로 대한민국의 모든 청소년을 찾아갈 예졍이다.
