브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이준석 국민의힘 대표와 정진석 의원이 8일 서로를 공개적으로 비난하며 극한의 갈등 양상을 보이고 있다. 6.1지방선거 이후 당 내 주도권을 둘러싼 갈등이 날로 격화되는 모양새다.
'5선'의 당 내 최다선이자 친윤계(친윤석열) 좌장격인 정진석 의원은 이날 페이스북을 통해 "최근 이 대표의 언행에 당혹감을 감출 수 없다. 정치 선배의 우려를 '개소리'로 치부하는 만용은 어디에서 나오는 건가"라며 이준석 대표를 정조준해 일침을 가했다.

이에 이준석 대표도 페이스북을 통해 즉각 반박에 나섰다.
이 대표는 "공천의 총 책임자이셨던 분이 공천에 대한 이야기를 하는 것이 의아하기 때문"이라며 "그리고 공천 관련해서 혁신위와 아무 관계없는 조강특위 내용을 끌어들이신 분이 누군가"라며 운을 뗐다.
