세종시의회는 제 4대 전반기를 이끌 의장단이 구성됐다.
세종시의회는 지난 1일 제76회 임시회 1차 본회의를 열고 상병헌 의원을 의장에 박란희 의원과 김충식 의원을 제1부의장, 제2부의장으로 선출했다.
상병헌 신임 의장은 재선 의원으로 지난 제3대 세종시의회에서 전반기 교육안전위원장과 대학캠퍼스 유치 특별위원장을 역임했다.
상병헌 의장은 당선 인사를 통해 “코로나19로 인한 경제 상황이 매우 엄중한 시기에 중책을 맡게 되어 막중한 책임감을 느낀다”면서 “시민에게 희망을 주고 열심히 일하는 의회를 만들겠다”는 각오를 드러냈다.
