브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 우상호 더불어민주당 비상대책위원장은 국가정보원이 박지원, 서훈 등 전 국정원장을 고발한데 대해 "국정원이 드디어 정치활동을 시작한 것"이라며 맹비판했다.
우상호 비대위원장은 7일 오전 TBS라디오 '김어준의 뉴스공장'에서 "국정원이 전 국정원장을 고발한 것을 보고 어이가 없었다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "전직 원장을 고발했다는 것은 결국 전 정권의 원장이어서 고발한 것 아닌가"라며 "혐의도 뭐 자료 삭제 이런 정도다. 국정원이 자기 조직의 전 원장을 고발할 때는 부인할 수 없는 혐의를 가지고 고발을 해야지, 해당 인사가 부인할 정도의 사안을 가지고 고발을 했다는 건 명백한 정치행위"라고 주장했다.
이어 그는 "국정원이 전 국정원장을 고발한 적이 없다"면서 전 세계 어느 정보기관이 저런 짓을 하나. 제가 볼 때는 이 정권의 소위 권력기관, 검찰, 경찰, 국정원까지 완전히 과거로 돌아가고 있는 것"이라고 지적했다.
우상호 비대위원장은 '서해 공무원 피격 사건의 타켓이 결국 문재인 전 대통령인 것 아니냐'는 진행자의 말에 "그렇다"라며 "여당에 설치됐던 서해상 공무원 피격 사건의 대책기구가 활동을 종료해서 그만하나 보다 했더니 이제 국정원이 나선 것"이라고 강조했다.
그러면서 "이건 전 정권 인사들을 겨냥하고 있는 것이다. 그 끝에는 국가안전보장회의(NSC), 그 다음에 문재인 전 대통령까지 한 번에 물고 들어가겠다는 의도"라고 주장했다.
그는 또한 "더군다나 박지원 전 원장 재임기간에 일어난 일이 아니지 않나. 그런 측면에서 본다면 조금 이상한 일"이라며 "국회 정보위원회에서 좀 다뤄야할 사안인 것 같다. 국회에서 다룰 사안들이 너무 많아져서 빨리 국회를 정상회해야겠다. 지금 모든 상임위마다 사건들이 쌓여 있다"고 했다.
한편 국정원은 지난 6일 박지원 전 원장을 서해상 공무원 피격 사건 관련 첩보 보고서를 무단으로 삭제한 혐의로, 서훈 전 원장은 탈북어민 강제 북송 사건 당시 합동조사 강제 조기종료 등 직권남용 혐의로 각각 대검찰청에 고발했다고 밝혔다.
이에 박지원 전 원장은 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "소설 쓰지 말라. 안보 장사 하지 말라"면서 "국정원이 오늘 자체 조사 결과, 서해공무원 사건 첩보 관련 보고서 등을 무단 삭제했다는 혐의로 저를 고발했는데 그러한 사실이 없다"고 반박했다.
