공주대, 진로지도 전담교수 세미나 개최

공주대가 14일부터 15일까지 2일간 서울 호텔에서 학과별 진로지도 전담교수 70여명을 대상으로 ‘입학부터 졸업까지 단계별·맞춤형 진로지도 활성화를 위한 세미나’를 개최했다.

이번 세미나는 학과(전공)별로 진로지도를 담당하는 교수를 대상으로 학생 역량중심 진로설계와 경력개발 지도방안을 모색하고, 학년별 진로 교육 과업에 대한 학생 맞춤형 지도체계를 구축하고자 마련됐다.

참여자들은 특강 및 토론을 통해 ?과학적인재선발 기준과 진로지도 방법 ?바람직한 진로·취업 지도 방법 ?학생 맞춤 직무교육 지도방안 등을 심도 있게 논의 했다.

유석호 학생처장은“대학생 및 청년세대의 취업난으로 어려움을 겪는 학생들을 돕기 위해 진로지도 전담교수님들과 함께 체계적인 진로교육 운영과 관리, 학년별로 달성해야 할 진로 교육 과업을 설정 등 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활과 취업을 위해 다양한 노력을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
