세종시의회 산업건설위원회(위원장 이순열)는 제77회 임시회 기간 중인 지난 18일부터 21일까지 조례안과 동의안 등 8건을 심사하고 상반기 추진실적 및 하반기 추진계획을 보고 받았다.
산업건설위원회(이하 산건위)에서 ‘세종시 빅데이터 활용에 관한 조례 전부개정 조례안’ 등 조례안 4건과 ‘생활폐기물종합처리시설 민간위탁 동의안’ 등 동의안 3건, 산업건설위 소관 2022년 행정사무감사 계획을 심사한 결과 총 8개 안건 중 6건을 원안 가결했으며 조례안 2건을 수정 가결했다.
‘세종시 폐기물 관리 조례 일부개정 조례안’에서 생활폐기물을 수집.운반하는 노무자의 근로환경 개선 및 안정성을 확보하기 위해 시장이 예외로 정할 수 있도록 규정한 조항이 삭제됐다.
또 전문성과 농업 기계화 사업 기반을 갖춘 단체나 법인을 농기계 임대사업 민간 위탁 업체로 선정할 수 있도록 ‘세종특별자치시 농기계 임대사업 운영조례 일부개정 조례안’의 일부 조문을 수정했다.
아울러 산건위는 경제산업국 등 10개 소관부서와 세종도시교통공사 등 5개 공기업 및 출자?출연기관에 대한 2022년도 주요업무 상반기 추진실적 및 하반기 추진계획 보고를 청취한 후 시민의 눈높이에서 사업 계획의 적정성을 꼼꼼히 확인하는 질의?답변의 시간을 가졌다.
