진주시, 저소득층 한시 긴급생활지원금 99% 지급

[브레이크뉴스=정철규기자] 진주시는‘저소득층 한시 긴급생활지원금’의 조기 지급을 위해 직접 방문지원 등의 적극행정을 벌여 26일 현재 지급률이 99%에 이른다고 밝혔다.

시 지원 규모는 1만3820가구에 62억원으로 저소득층의 생계부담을 완화하고 소비여력을 높이기 위해 기초생활보장수급자, 법정 차상위계층, 아동양육비를 지원받는 한부모가족에게 지원된다.

시는 지급률을 높이기 위해 거동이 불편하거나 직접 수령이 어려운 대상자들을 위해 읍면동 방문간호사가 직접 가정으로 방문해 수령을 지원하고 있다.

이번 지원되는 긴급생활지원금은 사후관리가 쉽도록 무기명 선불형 카드로 지급, 기초생활보장시설 수급자는 현금(시설보조금)으로 지급되며, 카드 사용 시기는 오는 12월 31일까지이다.

진주시 관계자는 “아직 선불카드를 수령하지 않은 대상자들은 29일까지 거주하는 읍면 사무소 및 동 행정복지센터를 방문해 수령해 달다”고 말했다.
