브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 17일 고덕현대(배재현대) 아파트 리모델링 사업 시공사로 선정됐다. 올해 7월까지 리모델링에서만 총 4개 PJ, 1조3859억원의 수주고를 확보했다. 이는 작년에 리모델링 분야에서 따낸 5722억원의 약 2배에 해당하는 실적이다.
대우건설은 2021년 리모델링전담TFT(Task Force Team)를 발족하며 리모델링사업 재개를 선언했다. 이후, 자사의 R&D 조직인 기술연구원과 설계, 기술, 견적, 사업관리 담당자 등으로 구성된 원스톱 조직을 구축하며 전사차원의 역량을 쏟아냈다.
