브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 신용보증기금은 오는 8일부터 11월 말일까지 약 4개월간 전문 채용포털 기반 ‘2022 미션 Job Possible 온라인 채용박람회’를 운영한다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 채용박람회는 신보와 한국장학재단(이사장 정대화)이 공동 주최하며, 양 기관은 분야별로 특화된 구인·구직 수요를 발굴해 맞춤형 일자리 매칭을 적극 지원할 계획이다.
박람회의 슬로건은 ‘Have a nice GOOD Job’으로, △Global(수출중소기업) △Our yOuth(고졸인재 채용기업) △Digital(디지털기업)의 총 3개 온라인 테마관이 운영된다.
참여기업에게는 개별 채용광고, HR컨설팅, 정부일자리사업 설명회 등 중소기업 구인난 해소를 위한 맞춤형 혜택이 제공되며, 기업과 구직자 모두에게 새로운 채용 경험과 쌍방향 소통의 장을 제공하기 위해 채용설명회, 면접, 교육 등에 메타버스 플랫폼이 활용될 예정이다.
박람회 참여 희망 기업은 공식 홈페이지를 통해 신청 가능하며, 기타 자세한 사항은 박람회 사무국으로 문의하면 된다.
