[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 오는 8월 8일부터 12일까지 진해구 경화구역 재개발정비사업 조합운영 실태점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
시는 회계사, 변호사 등 외부 전문가를 포함해 조합운영 실태점검단을 구성하고 경화구역 재개발정비사업 조합을 대상으로 자금의 차입, 예산의 편성 및 집행 등에 대해 집중 점검한다.
또한 용역, 공사업체 선정 및 계약 등을 비롯 정관 등 내부규정 및 전반적 조합 운영사항, 조합원에 정보공개 적정성 등 조합원 주요 피해사례를 중심으로도 집중점검한다.
