브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 국민의힘은 26일 법원이 주호영 비상대책위원장의 직무 정지 결정을 내린데 대해 즉각 이의신청을 제기했다.
국민의힘 공보실은 이날 오후 "이준석 전 대표 효력정지 가처분 신청 결과에 대한 이의신청을 금일 서울남부지방법원에 제출했다"고 밝혔다.
국민의힘은 이의신청 자료를 통해 "정당과 같이 자율적인 내부 법 규범을 가진 특수한 부분사회에서의 분쟁은 일반시민법 질서와 직접적인 관계를 가지지 않는 내부적인 문제에 그치는 한 그 자주적·자율적 해결에 맡기는 것이 적절하다"면서 "법원이 이를 심리하는 경우에도 정당 결정이나 의사 절차가 현저히 정의에 어긋나거나 사회관념상 타당성이 결여된 것으로 인정되는 경우를 제외하고는 유효한 것으로 그대로 승인해야 한다고 생각한다"고 강조했다.
송언석 국민의힘 원내수석부대표도 이날 오후 국회에서 기자들과 만난 자리에서 "법원에서 가처분 인용 결정했는데, 그 인용 결정에 대해 심히 유감"이라며 "변호사들이 이미 이의신청을 완료했다"고 전했다.
송언석 수석부대표는 "비상상황이라는 건 어디까지나 정당 내부의 의사 결정인데, 여기에 사법적 잣대를 들이대며 비상상황이 아니라고 재단하는 건 굉장히 이례적인 결정"이라며 "법원이 정당정치에 관여하고 이해할 수 없는 논리를 댄 것도 잘못된 판단이다"라고 지적했다.
'만약 이의신청이 받아들여지지 않는다면 어떻게 할 것인가' 묻는 기자들의 질문에 "당연히 항고할 것"이라며 "구체적으로 어떻게 행동하고 무엇을 할 것인지는 내일(27일) 의총에서 의견을 수렴하고, 당 지도부가 결정을 내릴 것"이라고 설명했다.
