충남도가 민선 8기 ‘힘쎈 충남’ 구현을 위해 편성한 8400억여 원 규모의 제2회 추가경정예산안을 도의회에 제출했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 추경안은 일반회계 7417억 원, 특별회계 394억 원, 기금 677억 원 등 총 8488억 원이며, 재정규모는 당초 9조 7452억 원에서 10조 5940억 원으로 8.71% 증가했다.
추경은 민선 8기 공약·역점사업과 도민의 안전과 관련된 재난 대응 및 방역·의료 분야에 중점을 두고 편성했다.
주요 공약사업은 △충남형 농촌주거단지 조성(리브투게더) 90억 원 △충남 임대형 스마트팜 단지 조성 69억 원 △청년농 맞춤형 스마트팜 보급 6억 원 등을 신규 반영해 농촌 구조 변화를 선도할 수 있도록 했다.
이와 함께 △남부권 산후조리원 20억 원 △파크골프장 조성 27억 원 △충남형 M버스 운영 6억 원 등을 반영해 균형 있는 지역발전을 지원한다.
지역 경제성장을 견인할 교통·물류 인프라 기반 조성을 통해 경제성장 도약 발판을 마련할 수 있도록 △지티엑스(GTX)-C노선 천안·아산 연장 타당성 용역비 3억 원 △아산만 써클형 순환철도 타당성 용역비 3억 원 등도 반영했다.
최근 기후 변화로 인한 폭우 등 재난·재해 대응력 강화를 위한 예산으로는 △재해구호기금 전출금 435억 원(+354억 원) △재난관리기금 전출금 274억 원(+112억 원)을 편성했다.
코로나19로부터 도민 건강과 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 △코로나19 생활지원비 1449억 원(+1292억 원) △재택치료비 314억 원(+308억 원) △격리치료비 160억 원(+155억 원) 등도 반영했다.
추경안은 제340회 도의회 임시회에서 상임위원회별 예비 심사와 예산결산특별위원회 심사를 거쳐 오는 28일 본회의 의결로 최종 확정된다.
