브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설이 23일 서울 용산구 한남2재정비촉진구역 주택재개발정비사업에 하이엔드 브랜드 ‘르엘(LE-EL)’을 제안하며 입찰에 나섰다. 입찰에 앞서 지난 19일 입찰보증금 800억 원을 가장 먼저 납부하며 한남2구역 수주에 강력한 의지를 나타낸 바 있다.
롯데건설이 한남2구역에 제안한 단지명은 ‘르엘 팔라티노(LE-EL PALATINO)’로, 한남의 가장 높은 곳에서 혁신적인 설계로 새로운 주거 공간의 역사를 만든다는 포부를 나타내는 이름이다.
팔라티노는 로마 건국신화의 무대이자 시초로, 로마 황제의 궁전과 귀족들의 거주지인 명예와 권위의 언덕이다. 롯데건설은 이를 착안해 단지명을 제안했으며 한남2구역을 가장 명예로운 곳으로 만들겠다는 계획이다.
이를 위해 월드클래스 설계사와 인테리어 건축가, 조경회사, 독보적인 아티스트 등 9명의 세계적인 거장이 팀을 이뤄 설계에 참여했다.

한편, 2022년 하반기 최대어로 손꼽히는 한남2재정비촉진구역 주택재개발정비사업은 서울시 용산구 보광동 272-3번지 일대에 지하 6층 ~ 지상 14층, 30개 동 규모의 아파트 1537세대(조합설계안 기준) 및 부대복리시설을 조성하는 사업이다.
