진주시에 따르면 지난 9일 미국 유진시 자매도시위원회와 일본 나카츠시 한일친선협회 방문단에 이어 10일 부산 미국영사관 놀란 바크하우스 영사, 11일 중국 시안시 왕지앤동 시안시 비서장을 비롯한 방문단이 진주시를 방문했다는 것.
