[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 내년 1월 1일 시행되는 ‘고향사랑기부제’의 성공적인 정착을 위한 사전준비에 박차를 기하고 있다고 17일 밝혔다.
고향사랑기부제는 기부자인 개인이 주소지가 아닌 고향 등 지방자체단체를 지정하여 기부하면 기부액의 10만원까지는 전액, 10만원 초과분(5백만원 한도)에 대해서는 16.5%의 세액공제 혜택을 받고, 기부액의 30%에 해당하는 지역 답례품도 제공받게 된다. 기부받은 지방자치단체는 고향사랑기금으로 조성해 주민복리 증진 사업의 재원으로 사용하게 되어 재정확충과 지역경제 활성화에 기여하는 제도이다.
