[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 28일 산청한방테마파크에서 자활사업을 추진하는 지역자활센터 종사자와 관련 공무원 등 60여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘창원시 자활전문가 민·관합동 워크숍’을 개최했다.
이번 워크숍은 지역자활센터 종사자와 담당 공무원 간 교류를 통해 자활사업의 활성화와 발전방안을 모색하기 위해 진행됐다.
그동안 코로나 팬데믹으로 어려운 여건 속에서도 참여자의 자활기반 마련을 위해 노력한 종사자와 담당 공무원에게 재충전의 기회를 제공하기 위해 산청 한방테마파크에서 진행되었으며 ▲동의보감촌 견학 ▲직무스트레스 관리 특강 ▲현장에서의 자활사업 추진 사례 공유 ▲한방 치유프로그램 체험 등으로 진행하여 참여자에게 큰 호응을 얻었다.
행사를 주관한 최미혜 마산희망지역자활센터장은 “매년 민과 관이 협력체계를 구축하고 자활사업의 활성화를 위해 함께 고민하는 자리로, 생활이 어려운 주민들을 위한 실질적인 지원으로 자립과 자활의 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 민·관이 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
김은자 사회복지과장은 “저소득층의 자활 자립을 위해서 지역자활센터 종사자들의 역할이 가장 중요하며, 그동안 자활사업이 성과를 나타내고 있는 것도 종사자들이 흘린 땀과 노력의 결실이라고 생각한다”며 “민과 관이 협력체계를 구축하고 자활사업의 활성화를 위해 창원시도 함께 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
