도로교통공단이 ‘함께하는 안전과 소통, 실천하는 책임과 열정’을 새로운 슬로건으로 내걸었다.
9일 공단에 따르면 새로운 핵심가치를 ▲안전(최우선 가치), ▲소통(국민과 동료), ▲책임(공직자 자세), ▲열정(미래 대비)의 4개 부문으로 구분해 설정하고, 공단 임직원이 모두 함께 실천할 행동강령 및 16개 행동양식을 정했다.
향후 공단은 전 직원의 신(新)핵심가치 내재화를 지속적으로 추진하고, 실천수준 진단을 통해 미흡한 부분을 개선해나갈 예정이다.
이주민 도로교통공단 이사장은 “전 임직원이 함께 새로운 핵심가치를 실천하여, 국민이 교통사고로부터 안전하고 행복한 세상을 만들기 위해 더욱 힘쓰자”고 당부했다.
