[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시가 지난 12일부터 오는 2023년 6월 30일까지 진양호 우드랜드에서 목공예 등 테마별 공예품을 전시 및 주말 공예 체험 프로그램 운영해 시민들로부터 많은 호응을 얻고 있다.
이번 전시와 체험은 진주공예인협회 작가들과 함께 총 4회에 걸쳐 2개월마다 작가 작품과 체험을 순차적으로 교체하며 시민들에게 다양한 공예 작품 관람과 체험 기회를 제공한다.
목공예 작품은 현대목공예와 전통목공예로 구분해 전시되며, 그 외 섬유공예, 금속ㆍ한지ㆍ도자공예, 융합공예, 경상남도 무형문화재 공예작품은 테마별로 순차적으로 전시된다.
또 주말은 어린이 및 가족단위 체험객에게 인기가 많은 섬유공예 염색체험, 금속공예 칠보체험, 융합공예 융합클레이 및 비즈체험 프로그램을 진행한다.
