브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화 건설부문이 경기 평택시 화양지구에 ‘포레나 평택화양’의 견본주택을 열고 분양 중이다. 정당계약 일정이 남았으며, 오는 28일부터 30일까지 3일간 진행된다.
포레나 평택화양은 화양지구 7-2블록에 지하 2층~지상 29층, 10개 동, 전용면적 74~99㎡ 총 995가구 규모로 조성된다. 화양지구에서는 최초로 전용 84㎡ 초과 평형이 도입됐다.
입주는 2025년 11월 예정이다.
한편 화양지구는 서울 여의도(약 290만㎡)에 버금가는 279만2500㎡ 규모로 조성된다. 향후 개발이 완료되면 2만여 가구에 5만3000여 명이 거주할 것으로 예상된다.

The move-in is scheduled for November 2025.
Meanwhile, the Hwayang district will be built with a size of 2,792,500 square meters, comparable to Yeouido (about 2.9 million square meters) in Seoul. When the development is completed in the future, 53,000 people are expected to live in 20,000 households.
