[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 시민들의 안전한 동절기를 보낼 수 있도록 내년 2월까지‘동절기 종합대책’을 수립해 추진한다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 종합대책은 재해·재난 예방, 화재 예방 및 산불 방지, 감염병 대응, 서민생활 안정, 저소득층 및 취약계층 지원을 포함한 총 5개의 추진 방향과 세부 계획이 포함돼 있다.
이에 따라 시는 겨울철 대설·한파 대응 특별전담(TF)팀을 운영해 기상 상황을 상시 모니터링하며 신속한 초기 대응에 나선다.
아울러 시는 피해우려 지역과 시설 사전점검 강화로 위험요인을 사전에 제거하고, 건설공사 현장, 전통시장 안전점검을 통해 24시간 안전 대응체계를 구축할 계획이다.
게다가 시는 교통안전 및 제설 대책, 공공행정서비스 안정적 공급 및 안전대책, 농산물·가축 피해 예방대책을 추진하여 겨울철 각종 재난과 재해 예방에 나선다.
시는 화재 예방 및 산불 방지를 위해 화재 발생 시 신속한 대응을 위해 상황관리반을 운영하고 동절기 화재취약지역 안전관리를 강화는 물론 겨울철 읍면동 산불방지 추진사항을 점검한다.
또 시는 코로나19 등 감염병 대응을 위한 종합상황실도 24시간 상황관리체계를 유지하며 현장컨설팅과 음압장비 설치를 지원하고 감염취약계층을 중점 관리한다.
특히 시는 서민생활 안정을 위해 물가대책 종합상황실을 운영하고, 물가정보를 홈페이지에 공개해 착한가격·물가안정 업소는 인센티브(쓰레기봉투)를 제공할 예정이다.
